"They installed the drai pipe in the joists of the basement ceiling so that I could not open the basement door completely. They are coing next week to fix it, at their cost."

"They were very fast to respond to my call and were able to send someone within two hours. The replacement of the hot water heater went well. For the water pipes they use copper crimp fittings instead of soldering so it will be interesting to see how that holds up over the years. My only concern is how they ran the gas line. They use Gastite CSST which is fine, but the CSST is run so it goes downward then back up and then downward again before it enters black pipe that has a moisture trap. It seems to me that if there is any moisture it will end up in the CSST instead of the trap. In addition, there is a pretty good bend in the CSST right before it goes into the trap section. Also, Teflon tape was used on the all the joints instead of joint compound. I think I will get someone from a different company to come in and take a look at it."

"Andrew was great on time and personable. He knew what he was doing and even showed me the issues. He fixed what he was able to and advised me on what I need to do next since the next issue was not the plumbing. When I was urgently looking for someone to come fix the leak I had, everyone else was unable to make it the day of. Andrew made it in an hour from speaking with him. I would recommend his services to anyone needing a plumber."

"The two men arrived on time, were courteous and expedient. They replaced my faucet and showed/explained what they had done before leaving. Shortly thereafter, I am experiencing a leak in my basement which may/may not be related to the project. If it continues, I will call them out to investigate the issue."

"They were fabulous. Prompt return call after initial inquiry, they were conscientious of water, dirt on shoes on my floors and put towels down. Honest, educated and absolutely fair pricing for honest work. Would call again for any type of issue."

We expect that we will contract with them for a new hot water heater or a tankless hot water heater. I expect that their work is as exemplary as their representatives are."

"Outstanding professional service all around by N & J Plumbing from the moment I was contacted by Nick on a Saturday (when my water heater began leaking), who initially guided me on the phone as to the actions I needed to take to gradually stop the leak - until the replacement of my water heater on Monday by Nickâ s team."
