"We had a lot of pollen in our pool this past spring and it was a total disaster. Out of desperation we decided we needed to hire a pool company to get the pool in usable condition.
It wasn't something I looked forward to. When we moved to Charlotte 10 years ago we used several pool companies but their charges were outrageous, their service was dismal and they were undependable. It got so bad that we finally decided to maintain the pool ourselves. So when we decided to hire someone to clean the pool we turned to Angie's list which is where we found Andy.
Andy returned my call within hours and setup an appointment for two days later. He showed up on time, looked at the pool and gave me a quote of $250 which I gladly accepted. He went to work immediately. He spent a few hours cleaning the pool and checking the chemicals and I was more than pleased with the way it looked. But Andy wasn't through.. He returned the next day to see how it looked and to check the chemicals and told me he would be back on Monday to finish up. I was more than a little surprised that he came out 3 times especialy for the amount he was charging.
We were so pleased with his work ethic and the condition of the pool we hired him to maintain the pool for us. He comes every other week and the pool looks great. Andy is professional, dependable, does excellent work and is a pleasure to work with. His prices are beyond reasonable considering the quality of his work and that the chemicals are included.
I never thought we would hire another pool company again but Andy has made owning a pool a pleasure rather than a chore.

"Used this business to open, close, and maintain my pool for several years. Very professional, reliable and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Aaron."

"They are never late and the pool always looks great."

"BEFORE GETTING THE WORK DONE, I HAD GOTTEN 3 ESTIMATES. ALTHOUGH TRI-CITY ELECTRIC'S ESTIMATE WAS NOT THE CHEAPEST, I DECIDED TO GO WITH THEM BECAUSE THE TECHNICIAN WAS FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND OFFERED SUGGESTIONS FOR THE PROJECT THAT I WOULDN'T HAVE OTHERWISE THOUGHT OF MYSELF. TRAVIS ARRIVED WITH IN THE TIME FRAME I WAS GIVEN WHICH WAS VERY IMPRESSIVE TO ME. I WAS BLOWN AWAY BY THE PROFESSIONALISM OF THIS COMPANY AND WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANY OF MY FRIENDS AND WILL DEFINITELY BE USING THEIR SERVICES AGAIN IN THE FUTURE."

"The work was completed timely and done professionally. I've been having issues with this area of my roof for years. Ace is the first company to take the time and effort to solve the problem permanently and not just do a bandaid repair and leave. I can't tell the shingles have been replaced they did such a good job matching. I would definitely hire them again."

"Technician stated hot water heater needed to be total replaced due to normal wear and tear. Hot water heater is initially the hot water heater installed in 1999 when home was built. Choice Home Warranty denied the claim after several years of being a loyal customer, making payments on- time every month. What is the use of having this warranty for times as this and when you need them, they denied the claim? Although the service was good, response time adequate, providing the services needed when your appliance break down and being denied repairs was disappointing and devastating, especially when coronavirus is rampant and you really need your hot water to wash clothes, dishes, bath, shower, and remain sanitary. I am so heart broken because I live on a fixed income and am disable, and can’t afford to purchase a hot water heater at this time. They determined that the water heater was not operating properly as a result of a lack of effective maintenance of the unit. What a crock!"

"Noel arrived on time, and quickly began the job.  He protected my furniture and carpet from dry wall dust, in no time at all he had repaired the hole, and painted and matched the existing "popcorn" ceiling.  He even did some touch up work on other parts of the ceiling. Noel is very competent, pleasant, and did an outstanding job in the time specified.  I really enjoyed sitting and talking to him while he worked (and my talking didn't slow him down or delay him).  Another nice thing, Noel didn't even charge me for the supplies as was originally arranged, nice touch!!!

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
