"The Waterbrothers are awesome at what they do from communication to pricing and expectations. They came through on everything. I highly recommend using the Waterbrothers. We had a broken sewer line and they came out and diagnosed excavated and replaced the line in a matter of days. I will never call another plumbing company and highly recommend you do the same."

"They did a really good job and a fast repair."

"Tracy did a great job of clearing the drain on my bathroom sink and kitchen sink too, which I wasn't expecting. They drain beautifully."

"After a water main was fixed on our street, our system was full of grit and sand for several days. About a week after things were flushed out, the laundry tub began to clog. When we tried to clear it, it brought up large amounts of grit and sand. We called Bucci and Son and they came that day to fix things. They had to replace the drain from the kitchen and laundry tub into the main line, it was full of silt. Then they snaked out the main sewer line. The left everything working perfectly, cleaned up after themselves, and took time to explain what they needed to do before they did it. We have had Bucci and Son work on our plumbing for years and have Never needed to get any of it redone, even after many years passed. The have even fixed things other plumbers refused to even try fixing."

"In the end, I'm very pleased with my bathroom. It looks great and I feel that I received good value for my money. Which is why I'd recommend and hire again. However -- I have seen houses go up faster than my little bathroom updates were completed. First the estimate -- Bob came out right away and promised me an estimate that night or the next morning, but it was several days later that I received a not-very-professional estimate (I'm used to line items in an estimate so I know what the costs are... and I should have insisted on a time frame for completion). Next the glass (3 weeks became more like 6 due to issues with the first vendor and other unknown reasons. My guess is that the owner is not as organized as he could be and things fall through the cracks and were forgotten for a few days or more). That being said -- he was EXTREMELY responsive... no text or call went more than five minutes without being returned. He also was certain to make sure I was happy, replacing a few tiles I thought might be cracked and in general wanting to have a satisfied customer which I am. Steve -- who did the work -- was very friendly, punctual, and professional. Finally, I think his price was very fair and my bathroom went from looking like an afterthought to a showpiece. If time is not an issue, I'd hire Avalon again. If it is, I still might hire them -- but I'd get them to commit to a timeline and stick to it."

"His name is Galen Keenan. I got him from Angie's List. He was punctual. He did what I hired him to do. I wasn’t disappointed. With regard to price, I didn’t shop around. I am not looking for someone cheap at their work; I am always looking for somebody that is good. The quality seems to be good. I would absolutely use him again in the future."

"Took about 2 hours. Worked properly after replacement. Involved several connections (gas and electrical). A special replacement device was needed due to the age (27 years) of the furnace. A video camera was used to show signs of corrosion developing on the heat exchanger. It was not judged to be an immediate issue. An estimate was provided for a future replacement of the furnace and A/C.

"Wow.. That's all I have to say. Not only did AK Pipelining quickly respond to our call for help, they also diagnosed and completed the work that needed done within 2 days! The long and short of our experience is that we couldn't have chosen a better company to repair our sewer line. Their staff is professional, fair, honest, and go above and beyond the call of duty. We are so thankful that they were able to help us! We would recommend them to our friends, family, and anyone reading this review!"

"I used this company to clean bathtub drains & install new shower heads & 2 bathrooms. They did a nice job - punctual."

"These guys are fantastic and I would recommend them to anyone interested in a fence project. Prior to and during their work, there was great communication. Their price for the project was very reasonable and they were willing to make last-minute changes without a cost overrun. They were very efficient in completing the installation even while being hampered by rain. We were very pleased with the end product and will rehire them if the need arises"
