The estimator arrived on time and made a point of first listening to what I thought I needed and what I wanted to get from my new system. "THEY WERE THERE ON TIME AND TOOK A TOUR OF THE HOUSE TO CHECK LAY OUT AND COUNT THE VENTS. WE HAD MORE THEN THE DEAL ALLOWED SO THE PRICE WENT UP FROM 89.00 TO AN ADDITIONAL 230.00 DOLLARS. THEY HAD SOME EQUIPMENT ISSUES,  THEY WERE NOT REALLY SET UP TO REACH SOME OF THE VENTS IN OUR HOUSE. THEY ALSO WERE IN NEED OF A NEW BRUSH, THE ONE THEY USED WAS PRETTY WORN.
ON THE UP SIDE THEY WERE FRIENDLY AND WORKED STEADY GOING FROM ROOM TO ROOM IN ORDER TO COMPLETE THE JOB IN A TIMELY MANNER. I FELT THE PRICE WAS A BIT HIGH TO ADD FOUR MORE VENTS AND A RETURN, THE WORK WAS COMPLETED AND I HOPE THAT WE DON'T REQUIRE THIS SERVICE AFTER MOVING INTO OUR NEW HOME.
