"Andy, the certified plumber from Henson Mechanical HVAC & plumbing, was very punctual. I was told to expect a plumber between 8 am until noon, and Andy came at 9:30 am. He was very friendly and got right to work installing a new 40 gallon water heater. The job only took him about two hours. After he completed the work, he showed me how to re-light the pilot light if it ever goes out and explained what he replaced. He also, free of charge, helped me remove an old cartridge from the shower in my master bathroom since my shower had been dripping. I had already bought the new cartridge at a big box store, and he was happy to install it for me. There were no other "catches" to the deal for the new water heater I bought through Angie's List, for which I was very glad. I would highly recommend Henson Mechanical HVAC & Plumbing and would call them again for any plumbing needs.

"Jim is local.  It went great. Jim Ferrell is a professional of the highest caliber. Responded quickly, took care of my problems, and advised me as to better means of protection than I had. He came back a second time to uninstall software that I purchased that did not provide adequate protections and installed free software that would do the job.  He did the work through remote connection, but is available on site if necessary.
For those people needing help on getting red of malware, viruses , etc. on your computer,  Jim is local, better than all thse remote out of state location providers, is a mature, highly trained professional in this area.
If you go to local computer stores you get very young people that can do a basic job, but are no where near the professional level of Jim.
I highly recommend Jim to anyone that needs these type services.

"Better than expected. Phil was the only contractor that responded AND came to my house on the same day that I called all the other contractors. He provided me the potential problem for my heat pump issues on the phone that eventually was confirmed during his initial visit and then during disassembly of the old duct system. He was very helpful in providing me additional savings and existing tax credits for the Attic Breeze vent system installed including for the heat pump providing me with the forms. Swift service done on a short time from initial call to complete installation (less than 1 week and completed installation in 7 hours). "Overall, it was a good experience. AAA put down a vapor barrier and installed a Santa Fe dehumidifier with sump pump. The result is that we can now use the stand-up basement/crawlspace to store things under the house without ruining them. This is the part that you need to know. The installation was not without problems. First, they broke an A/C drain pipe, second, they cut a sprinkler controller wire while running a PVC pipe. Here's my take, accidents happen but how does the business respond to these issues? Well, Donna was very quick to send her team out to correct the problems and they even paid for the damage to the sprinkler system. To me, that's top notch customer service. Any business can make a mistake, but how they handle it is the mark of a good company. Every time I lift the roll door and go into the basement now, I'm amazed at how cool and fresh the air is down there. No more mildew and no more smell."

Overall, they did a good job cleaning it but that was a little reckless, I thought, a little careless. They did a good job cleaning the lint out but the only problem I had was the way they put the vent back on. "
