"They installed a new hot water heater for me back in March. Nine months later, a part failed. Although the water heater was under warranty, Burke told me I would have to pay the labor but the manufacturer would reimburse me. The manufacturer refused and Burke Plumbing and Heating stepped and reimbursed the labor fee of $250.00! They are awesome and I would highly recommend them to anyone!"

"The reason I have Matt 4.5 stars and not 5 was the problem did not need repairing .He took the time to check out the leak and other plumbing issues while he was there(about 1 1/2 hrs.)And disclosed to me the issue was nothing severe and did not need replacing or repairing He could have taken me for a ride and he did not.Very honest I will call him back for any other issues and let you know how his work is.He seems very thorough and consciousness."

". This company has done a plethora of work for myself and my family. "I am a person of modest means; because of APM I was able to replace my heating system at a price I could afford. APM helped me choose the right appliance that I then ordered online to save money. Appliance did not come with a part I needed for my specific installation; they educated me about the part, I was able to do an internet search and obtained the item on Ebay for a steal. Service quality was top notch, easy to work with, great communication via email and phone, worked clean, very nice people. I feel very fortunate to have had this service experience and would highly recommend this company.
