"The tech arrived on time and inspected my home for spots that rodents can enter from. They gave us some information on locking down our food and put down some poison traps and mentioned there was a cracked and rotted door jab at our basement entrance. After about 4 weeks there were some peculiar odors around the house but the mice were still present. I decided to have a look at the door jab they had mentioned and realized the bottom of the door itself was rotted too. I did a run to home depot and replaced the door with a prehung unit. Within a day the amount of mice present dropped and a month later I felt there were no detectable rodents in the home. While the work they did didn't directly solve the issue their advice got us the result I wanted. I feel the money was well spent after this. I didn't even think to check that without the techs mention. Until then I felt there was no solution. With that said thank you!"

"Hired to upgrade our condo electric system. Three people came to work on our system on a Friday. They worked all day, was rushing by the end of the day. Didn't want to answer any of our questions. Next day we found out that our hot water is not working, some how they didn't connect the hot water during the upgrade. We called them on Monday, they were pretty rude, didn't come to connect the hot water tank till Tuesday and gave us 4 hour window. We will not hirer them again."

"Vista started this job 9/17. From the beginning we were told by the salesman Eric and project manager Keith that the job would be finished to our satisfaction, all our concerns would be addressed. The roofing went well, we are pleased. The siding was a bigger job than they seemed prepared for. They removed wood siding and replaced rotten plywood. The siding looked fine except for an area in the front of our home which is vertically uneven. Holding a straight edge to the siding we have a one inch gap in the vertical level which was not properly prepared. Some our window frames are horrible. One of them has nails driven right in the center of the frame, others have gapping joints and one is wavy. They replaced our perfectly fine topped gutter with a 'top of the line' gutter which isn't topped so is now full of leaves. We live in the woods what were they thinking? At the signing of this contract our salesman Eric said he would do some porch screen framing and stain our new front door. He wanted payment of $600 stating this was his side job. After many, many phone calls, most being ignored, we have gotten no where. Brian Rudd finally came out and told us these problems would be corrected. Last we heard from him was 11/17. He emailed that the siding crew would be out that week to correct window trim. We never heard from or saw any of them again. They never installed the stove vent, stained the front door or corrected our siding issues. I've waited for spring thinking I would hear from them. Too bad, things started out well. Not a good company."

"By the time the service rep was contacted and he called us, we had purchased the part and repaired the air conditioner unit ourselves. We had hire the service company to do a complete service on the unit on June 23,2022. I would recommend Freedom Heating and Air to anyone needing service. They were very professional and did a thorough job. They explained what they were doing from beginning to end. We were shown pictures of before and after as they did the work. "We hired Charter Oak Environmental to clean our central a/c ducts so they would be ready for the summer season. We had renovation work done over the winter and we were concerened there would be a lot of dust, etc. in the system. We had never had a cleaning done before and didn't know what to expect. We have used COE before and were always pleased with their professionalism and quality of work. The workers arrived on time and their supervisor, Mike, (who is AMAZING, by the way) was there to check in with me and get things started. The work was done within one half a day and the crew left my home spotless, as always. When I had a few questions, they took the time to talk with me, fix some things and they even explained to me that a ledge in my great room had accumulated so much dust, that they went up there and vaccuumed it for me, even though it was not part of the job. This is typical for COE, they always go above and beyond. When I tried to turn the a/c on the next day, but couldn't figure out which switch needed to be turned back on, someone came right out and turned on my a/c for me so that my house was comforatbly cool when I arrived home. This is the best company we have ever hired to do work in our home and we give them our highest praise and recommendation. Mike Doherty is a wonderful person and he is always helpful and kind to his customers. Also, this company does great work and they are respectful and clean up after themselves. We have never been overcharged and we have never been disappointed by their work."
