"I stared to look for a plumber after I found water under my water heater. I jumped on Angi and posted my issue. With in minutes....Art messaged me and said he can be her 1st thing in the morning. BTW. This was 10pm at night. His quick response was a plus for me. I had one other respond but he over extended himself to my need. He came at 7amd and said....you need a new water heater. I can got get one and install it now. I was a bit reluctant and he said call me when your ready and left. My wife said his prices looked fair and he seemed like a good plumber. I called him back and said lets dance. He was back at my home in a hour and 1/2...and started the work. He protected my carpet and placed plastic on it. He warned my that maybe the cost might go up due to the age of the pipes and valves. He had the old one out and the new one in an an hour or so. He was quick, clean and polite. "We had slow draining issues in our house which became an emergency situation 3 days ago. Called several plumbers with no answer or response. Then I went to my NextDoor app and saw a recommendation for MakeItDrain. Called them and got a response that evening from Peter. He was able to come the next day. Decide to check Yelp reviews as well and was happy to see good responses. Peter and the guys assessed the situation, gave me my options, and dug a 6 foot trench to a broken sewer line. We were back up and running with a new section of pipe under the parkway and hydro jetting and sleeve from parkway to city line under the street. Peter worked with me to stay within our budget.
