"I spoke with Mike and sent a picture of the problem I was having with our thermostat. He assured me that they could handle it while others I spoke with were unsure if they could do it or not. He confirmed for 8:30 the next morning, called me 20 minutes before Dan showed up and did a terrific job. My wife was home with him and said he was professional, knowledgeable and extremely nice. We’re so please that we’re having them assess our A/C unit come the spring. Highly recommend!!"

"We had an excellent experience with this company. In the middle of the heat wave, we lost our AC. They came right away and gave us a very good price. We had a couple of minor issues, but they took care of them immediately. They went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied with everything. The unit is a little loud but that is not their fault. I chose this model due to its efficiency rating."
