"Overall the multiple projects went well. More costly than expected but we did receive some discounts which helped. The only one item I would mention is that we bought an incorrect faucet/drain combination. The tech replaced the drain components but since the faucet we had was designed to have a pull lever for the drain, and the one he used was a push down stopper, the hole where the pull up leveler would have gone stayed opened. It does not look good so we now need to live with it."

"Well let me tell yall to start I took a fat dump 2-3 hours or so lost track of time in there my phone died. I flushed it didnt go down also to add I had to flush while sitting there multiple times cause it filled up. It was coming back up out I ran over to my neighbors had them call Ethan him and Kevin came out Kevin started throwing up as soon as he walked in and had to step outside. I get it though it was bad I was beside Kevin. Ethan went in there and got that mofo unclogged and had it down the drain seemed like 10 minutes or so but I was upchucking last nights dinner out the other side at this point still. Ethan then referred me to clean up services whom came out and cleaned my bathroom up for me I just could not bring myself to it and had to tip them for bearing with the smell I felt so bad. They didnt make me feel embarrassed either about the situation. Will hire again next time I do this."

"Aside from a few initial scheduling issues (lateness), that was rectified by Bob, timing and schedules were good and met.  The guy who did the grout did an awesome job.  The refinished tub looks really good too.  There were a few minor areas that needed fixed, but Bob came back quickly and did it.  There was an area in the kitchen that was missed (counter refinish), and would be very difficult to fix, as it is around the perimeter of the sink.  But, overall, that was the only thing wrong, and not much of an issue.  I'm giving an "A" for overall value, workmanship and responsiveness, as it appears that if something comes up wrong or in error, Bob is pretty fast to respond and try to fix it.

I contacted Galen to obtain an estimate in May for a repair to my shower that was caused by a pvc pipe that was cracked during a freeze. Galen was very willing to work within my budget constraints and was very helpful in making suggestions as to what he thought might be best in the long term rather than just repairing the cracked pipe problem. We eventually ended up replacing all of our household pvc piping with pex pipe and I am so glad we did!

Galen & his assistant were able to schedule the work to be done within a week, were very prompt, cleaned up after the job and were even willing to do a few other tasks for me prior to leaving for the day. He even came back the very next day to promptly correct an issue with my shower handle that was maybe to some people a minor issue, but he took care of it right away.

I am very satisfied with the scope of work that they performed and will call them again for any other job I may need done.
