He gave us a couple of options on how to fix it, which we appreciated. His strength is an ability to diagnose and figure out different ways to fix a problem. He also repaired a storm door that had been damaged. That wasn't as successful. It doesn't open and close as smoothly as we'd like and the holes for the dead bolt weren't done as professionally as expected. The only other negative was a bit of sloppiness with the caulking around the window. Overall, we'd hire Louis again. He's competent and skilled enough to give you multiple options on how to fix a probelm."

"My family hired Top Notch to get our property in market ready condition for our parents who were transitioning into an Assisted Living Facility. Top Notch was wonderful, they assigned us our very own personal Transition Coordinator, who handled our affairs from start to finish.  We hired them to do everything from start to finish.
