No water came out but we could hear it going into the wall and found it leaking out in the basement. They were at our house within the hour, diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes and suggested an immediate solution. Cody found that my venting was done wrong and created a lot of build up in one section of piping. He was able cut out the bad section and replaced it with new clean piping and vented our bathroom correctly. To this day we have had no issues with the work he did for us.
