He and Michael removed a garden window and replaced with a regular window, custom made the trim and fittings, removed and replaced the corner porch column and remade and hung shutters for our front window out of cedar so no need to replace again:) Through out he always kept us updated on all aspects of timing, costs and choices. Both he and Michael were a pleasure to have working in our home. Something very important to us was the respectful and calm manner Dylan has with everyone. Doing things correctly and the right way matter and his work absolutely shows his expertise! We quite honestly feel there is no need to look elsewhere for our next project!"

"Replaced a tank water heater, the door was too narrow so first pitched removing framing with no guarantee that it’d be replaced correctly. I suggested using a smaller sized unit based on a quote from another plumber which is the route we went. They also covered the overage for the additional cost of the smaller sized unit which was nice but if I wasn’t aware of the option I’m not sure what I would have done. They also only sent one person initially so I helped bring the old unit down and the new one up in between trying to work. Also the breaker to the hot water heater was never flipped back so I’m waiting to see how the unit performs now."
