"They leveled our patio and we were extremely impressed with the professionalism of the crew. Unfortunately, the patio sank a couple of inches within a month and they returned again, at no cost, and re-leveled. We are hoping that it will stay but, whatever happens, it is not the fault of their expertise but rather the ground continuing to shift. That is our personal assessment."

"Not only did RPM provide the best quote but they were able to schedule the job for the next week. Three other companies were higher cost and were estimating 3-4 weeks before they could address the problem. RPM arrived when they promised and did a great job. Peter and his crew raised my large concrete stairs back into place and corrected the uneven/tilting sidewalk. When they were done with the work they did an excellent job cleaning and restoring the work area. I would highly recommend RPM Restoration and would not hesitate to use them in the future."

"We had a great experience working with Step Up Concrete & Construction and would recommend them to others as well as work with them in the future if we have additional concrete projects down the road. We requested quotes from several companies and Step Up was the fastest to respond and complete the estimate process. They were knowledgeable about our options for addressing the reason our old asphalt driveway was failing with low spots and a pothole. It was an easy choice to work with them after the estimate experience. They were excellent at keeping in touch to get the work scheduled and to make sure everyone was on the same page about what we were looking for with our new driveway with an extension on the side. The work was done within the timeline explained and the crew was very pleasant to interact with. We are very happy with the way our new driveway looks and with the smooth experience of getting it done through Step Up Concrete & Construction."

"They did a fantastic job. WOW. <br /> My house was built in 1980 and has a concrete slab for the first floor rather then wood construction.  The slab itself has slowly been sinking to varying degrees since it was built in 1980, the foundation is not the problem and has remained in its original position.  The problem I believe is that the builder did not compact the soil inside of the foundation adequately prior to pouring the slab.  About 3/4 of the slab on the 1st floor had sunk, creating a slope anywhere from 4-8 inches depending on the room of the house.  Robbins was able to raise the slab back to its original height.  The floors are level for the first time since I bought it in 1985.  They did a series of drillings in the living room, kitchen, bath, laundry and garage.  All of these rooms had noticeable sinking.  Robbins was able to fill the voids under the concrete and literally lift the floor back to its original height.  Watching the process was amazing.  Robbins team worked fast and efficiently through the process.    <br /> Additionally, there was a slab that had cracked and broke into 3 pieces on the porch and walkway attached to the front of the house.  The porch/walkway had been done on one concrete pour originally.  At the corner of the porch is where the breaks were.  Robbins installed 2 pins to raise the corner up about 8 inches.  This had to be done because the slab on that part of the porch was above the grade of the soil, so there hadn't been adequate support there from original construction.  The remainder of the porch had sunk similar like the inside of the home and was able to be slabjacked.  The porch now is level.   Doing this has also corrected the roofline of the porch itself and has increased the street appeal. Now when looking at the home you don't see broken down old home with a broken porch, you actually notice the house.  <br /> Robbins and Co., along with their team of workers did a fantastic job. <br /> <br /> <br />"

"The owner of the business came out for the initial estimate appointment and quickly came up with a plan. By the end of the day, I received an emailed estimate to complete the job and the price was much more reasonable than the other 2-3 companies who bid on the job. We were in a time crunch and they were able to fit us in just in the nick of time! While on the job, the crews ran into some unforeseen issues and had to quickly come up with a plan to be able to complete the job and they certainly delivered! I would highly recommend Chumley for any structure or foundation repairs you may need."

FAQs for concrete injection leveling mudjacking projects in Eatonville, WA

Mudjacking and foam jacking differ significantly in both materials and methods. Mudjacking uses a cement-based slurry to fill voids beneath a slab, while foam jacking uses expanding polyurethane foam delivered under high pressure to achieve superior structural support. This material distinction enhances load-bearing strength and overall stability in your repair.

Mudjacking takes between one and three days to dry completely. During this time, it's important to avoid putting weight on the slab until it's fully cured. The drying time depends on the project size and environmental conditions. In contrast, polyurethane foam used in foam jacking can cure in as little as one hour.

No, mudjacking is not a permanent fix for sinking concrete. While it effectively lifts the slab and can last five to 10 years, it doesn't address underlying soil issues that may cause future sinking. For a more permanent solution, you might consider foam jacking or complete slab replacement, which can address deeper structural problems.
