"My water heater was leaking badly. They were there in 2 hours, and in less 3 hours later; we had a new water heater installed. Very professional and quick. Honestly it was a little more than another quote, it's a better water heater and I would have had to wait four days for an install. Very pleased. "We have been meaning to get our leaky garbage disposal fixed for some time now. We finally scheduled a service time with Hot Water Heater Company. The two plumbers showed up as scheduled and assessed the situation. Rather than charging us the flat rate (which we were told about up front) the plumbers were able to tighten a bolt to quickly fix the leak and left with a hand shake. It is so refreshing to have a professional in my home who is willing to do a stranger a favor! These guys now have a customer for life."

"We had Washington Energy Service install a new furnace, air conditioner and hot water heater when we purchased our home in 2016. We were impressed with the presentation made by their representative prior to our purchase compared to other representatives with whom we spoke. Because we wanted to be insured, we purchased an extended warranty. We're really glad we did! We have had the system serviced annually, but this year an extensive leak developed that damaged the interior of our home and caused black mold. We initially notified our insurance company but then decided we should notify Washington Energy Service as well. The decontamination had begun, but the damage was evident. The Washington Energy Service representative was so very helpful and understanding. He immediately determined what needed to be done to correct the problem and within two days had a team to our home to complete the repair. We appreciate the professionalism, courtesy, honesty and rapid response with which Washington Energy Service treated us and would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a good local company. "It went very well. The person called ahead with an estimate of the time he would arrive and arrived on time. He was quick and efficient even given the tight space for our water heater access. He provided good feedback on how much to start saving for a new water heater in the next few years (our existing one is 11 years old) and recommended a new seal for our sewage ejector pit."
