They diagnosed the issues in the partially melted old unit that the other service-person claimed were repairable. The cost of repairs far exceeded the value & remaining life of the unit. McGhee’s made recommendations based on our needs. They did not try to upsell us or talk us into buying any we didn’t need which was so refreshing.
