My only concern was that the technicians did not each out directly to center point to order a replacement meter. We were asked to do that directly, and really did not have the understanding to communicate our needs. "

Drain cleaning is part of maintaining a plumbing system. It is a craft different than installing and repairing plumbing but it is just as important to do it correctly. The other values in McDonough’s services are several having the equipment and personnel trained and available is paramount to this no matter how big a job has gotten they have never stopped until it was completed! Additionally, the final inspection took longer than expected to schedule. I had to personally reach out to coordinate a time that would work and had the expectation that someone would reach out within the next few weeks after the renovations. While this added some extra steps to the process, once the inspection was arranged, the team was efficient in completing it. Overall, I’m thrilled with the end result and would still recommend their services!"
