"This was the first time I had used their services. They showed up when they said they would, did not make a big mess, cleaned up and then left. Everything is A-o.k. I had to call them back because the sump pump I felt was going off too often. I tired calling about this problem several times but they waited 3 weeks until the manager finally called me back. They came back out and told me that everything was running okay. The dehumidifier they installed had a water level too low and was unable to drain properly. From my suggestion they put up two by four blocks to solve this problem. I still don’t think that it’s draining properly. The guys that came out didn’t seem to have good answers to the questions that I asked. I’m going to call them up to see if they can send out more knowledgeable workers."

The finished job is such a GREAT improvement to our crawlspace. We now have a cement floor crawl instead of dirt and gravel and also the entire walls of the crawl were sealed and spray foamed. They also installed a new sump pump. There is tons of storage space and its also a clean and healthier crawl. We have already noticed that our floors in our home are warmer! They were help in sorting out the problems with the Title Company and they made sure we were happy with the repairs. When one repairman bailed on us, American Home Shield came to the rescue. Couple of months later a pump failed on the clothes washer and it was repaired in just a few days. $75 for each claim for the service call and the repair is covered. I am afraid they have paid more than the cost of my policy at this point. But that is what insurance is for. Definitely keeping them in the future. Highly recommend."
