"First of all, Papa T’s was the first company to reach out, literally two minutes after I requested a quote. Teri was very helpful on the phone. I called on New Year’s Day, and she said she could have someone at my home that afternoon. After explaining that our late afternoon was not available, she pivoted to offering an early afternoon window. She gave the price upfront, so there would be no surprises. After hanging up, she called back within twenty minutes to say that the technician had already finished the call he was on and could be at my place by noon. Sure enough, I received a text at 11:40 saying he was headed my way. When Tom and Brian arrived, they got straight to work, quickly diagnosing my situation and fixing the cause. Tom also explained to me how to fix the issue in the future, saving me money in the future. After solving my problem AND making a couple of improvements to make my machine run more efficiently, they only charged me the diagnostic fee for the repair. "Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."
