"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

He came out last weekend, and I think the offer had actually expired a few weeks before hand, but he said he had been backed up with work that he was honoring all requests. He came out and it was a quick thing because he expects what was there, it was not hooked up to a log fireplace. So, it was just a gas burner to start a log fire, but he checked it out to make sure that it was working properly so everything was fine. It was quick and efficient."

All the covers were cleaned either with suction or washing. The duct cleaning machine was amazing and HEPA. Have already purchased a second package for another system in the house. Am very pleased."
