"I needed some help moving a washing machine and dryer into my laundry room after a renovation of a floor replacement. The company came out right away, was professional, courteous, and did an excellent job installing the appliances and taking care of our needs. I would highly recommend this company."

"-Excellent response time (under one hour) -Service on a Sunday -Personable, respectful, and expert representative -Went out of his way to find a 50gal water heater tank when he was out of stock; installed same day. -Clean and fast service -Fair pricing, no hassle, no surprises -High standard of customer service"

"He was able to quickly diagnose that the water leak from the water heater was a result of a ruptured tank, resulting in the need to replace the entire water heater."

"He was very helpful, did some miner things for me. But I didn’t have him replace water heater at this time."

"Service guy came as scheduled. Sent his "service" requirements to home base Home base calls back and lists, a very long list of what needs to be done and a very long list of what is not covered and what each item costs. The overall cost was outrageous and they weren't willing to give it to me in writing. Everything I had to pay for was overpriced, of course! They told me my other option would be to purchase my own water heater and they would reimburse me for what there water heater would cost, but no reimbursement for Labor, building permit, or any upgrades required by the local building department. The requirements of the building department were minimal. I went to Home Depot and had them do the installation and saved many hundreds of dollars. Lesson learned, have AHS do simpler repairs that don't require municipal building department approval. Have AHS pay for the equipment, and purchase installation from a trusted local installer."

"They replied quickly. Arrived within an hour and was there for about an hour. They cleared the drain and replaced a part."

"I didn’t have an install I requested a service because my 3yr old unit was cooling but it was making a noise that was concerning. I didn’t want to call the company that installed it because of broken promises during the sale. GoodFellas was running a tuneup special so I called them. They were easy to contact and to make an appointment with. Their wonderful tech Hunter serviced my AC. Hunter was incredibly kind and knowledgeable about his business. He showed me photos of my AC with the gauges attached to my AC and explained in detail what the numbers meant. I figured it would need some service because of the noises. Hunter went over different options price wise and I decided on what I absolutely needed now and what I could do at a later date. I could tell the difference in how it was running as the work was being done. The noise went away, it ran smoother, it smelled cleaner, I don’t have to worry about surges. Hunter went above and beyond for me. He’s my AC guy forever. Thank you!"
