"Excellent! Jesus quickly grasped the concept I had in my mind and helped me size it up and pick the materials. He and crew showed up when they said they would and when finished I had something I was very pleased with and proud to show my family and friends. I definitely recommend J&Y Remodeling for any patio or deck. The cost was more than reasonable. I understand he does interior remodeling as well so that's next on the radar."

"The crew was a bit sloppy when Joe wasn't around, but he had them return to re-do a few places and clean off areas where the concrete/mortar should not have been placed. There wasn't anything than couldn't be fixed."

"The only came one time to build the deck. They resurface the extended patio; resurface the deck, built a platform and a new privacy fence around the platform. They were fantastic. The expected date to take a month, they got it done in three weeks. They came in on budget. Everything was great."

"I was very impressed with their quick response . He knew a lot about stone work & was very professional."

It all started with a trip to the Azores of Portugal. RTA's co-founder went there to meet his wife's family… And had his first encounter with an outdoor kitchen. The charm of that kitchen went far beyond providing meals. It served as an inviting gathering space, and offered moments to break bread together. \n \nThe inspiration from that outdoor kitchen was bottled up and shipped back to the US. Unfortunately, there was a lack of accessible options in America in the early 2010's. Someone needed to rethink the conventional approach of construction. Thus began the journey, with a goal of remastering the outdoor kitchen.

"Kirsten Was the Project manager and she was on point when ever a situation cam up. This was my first time doing this kind of project , extending a patio and building a pergola and extending driveway and doing flowerbeds. Kirsten had fabulous ideas and was always available. Because of her input I love the final project, Kirsten is truly an assets to Ybarra construction ."
