"Technician was prompt arriving , took time to answer my questions and took extra time to explain the different types of heating cooling units in  comparison.  I always get excellent service from Russell Htg/Cooling.  Have been with them since 2004 when they installed my new htg/cooling system.  They had to take off the ladder  attic door in order to install the unit in 2004  but  put it back just the way it was before removing it, very impressed with their quality of workmanship .   Their office staff is also very friendly and helpful.   They also followup to see if customer liked the service that day. and if customer had any questions.

"Mike and Crystal were very professional from the first phone contact through the completion of the work. They showed up on time, their work was neat and they worked very efficiently. My windows were in pretty bad shape. They really took their time and prepped them very well which showed in the finished product. When asked to redo or touch up anything it was done without question. "By the time the service rep was contacted and he called us, we had purchased the part and repaired the air conditioner unit ourselves. We had hire the service company to do a complete service on the unit on June 23,2022. I would recommend Freedom Heating and Air to anyone needing service. They were very professional and did a thorough job. They explained what they were doing from beginning to end. We were shown pictures of before and after as they did the work. We will use them again if it becomes necessary."

It has always been worth the monthly fee and deductibles. If you consider that most appliances today only last five years or so, breakdowns are going to be a given. Our most recent repair will require at least two service calls and an $1800 part. That more than pays for our entire year's fees."
