"RIchard explained everything he did to service my Central AC unit so I knew what was going on. He explained what they look for and that our system was up to par. He was very outgoing."

"Paulie, was very courtesy, on time and explained every step he had to do to repair my furnace. He was very knowledgeable about the whole project too."

"Repairing my furnace, fixed ceiling tiles and installed ceiling fan."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"CHW was very responsive to our urgent need! We filed a claim the evening prior when we notices our A/C was blowing warm air into the rooms. Then by 8AM the next day, we had a call from the service technician saying he was on his way to address the issue! CHW worked with the technician to find out the compressor was the culprit and approved it's repair! Great customer service for a family in need during the hot south central Texas summer!"

"I?ve had them since I moved in here for my air conditioning and heating system. I?ve been here for 2 ? years. The only problem was them diagnosing the exact problem, it took them 4 or 5 times that they came out before they figured out what was wrong. I have a contract with them, so it basically didn?t cost me anything even if they came 10 times. They came right away and they were concerned about trying to figure out what was wrong. It was an intermittent problem, so that was the reason they couldn?t figure it out completely. With the service contract, it didn?t really cost me anything more."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"Technician fixed the problem quickly and the house was warm again. I have used this company since I bought my home 11 years ago and have had very good responsiveness from them. They are a pleasure to work with and professional. Not once have they failed to come out and solve my problem or to do preventive maintenance on my heater/air conditioner.
