Scott has been to my house before to fix Kitchen faucet and garbage disposal. Very professional and nice. This time, he did the big job, replaced the water heater and cleaned up as well. Very reliable service."

"Had a leak start in the pipe under the bathroom sink after trying to unclog the sink on Sunday. Called Ray Page Plumbing on Monday, they sent Ed on Tuesday . The pipes are from the 1960â s and had rotted through and broke. Ed quoted me a price and figured about 45 minute job. Unfortunately the job got more involved as the condition of the pipes were much worse then they appeared. The job took 4 hours. Ed got the problem fixed but the clog was way in the pipe and couldnâ t be addressed at that time. Ed stuck to his original quote even though the job took more than 3 hours longer than expected. He also arranged to have their company come out and snake through the lines this morning. This job came in under quoted price !! Dennis came out and did a great job snaking the pipe. They pipes being so old I was afraid of more breakage but he unclogged the pipe with no damage ! ! I couldn't be more pleased between the excellent service, very nice plumbers and the more than fair pricing. Iâ ve paid higher prices for a lot less work in the past by another plumbing company. Iâ d recommend this company for sure."

Pleasant houseguest, cleaned beyond the call of duty, fun conversationalist, and the work (bathroom faucet replacement) was done well, in about an hour. I also appreciated Bob on the phone scheduling the appointment. He called within a minute of my submitting a request for quotes online. Only one other company responded, and rather than give me an answer (like, when, and $how much) there was this rigmarole about getting an estimate out to me tomorrow, and charging extra for any quarter hour past the first hour, and... Very unfriendly. In contrast, Bob at TMS was perfectly friendly and quoted me what I needed to know right then and there."

"We had a little issue - did not ask a lot of questions or do a visual inspection before snaking our shower drain - turns out we should not have done that due to this drum trap we had. Long story short ending up breaking a pipe - but it was all so old we needed to get it replaced anyway. I had to fight for what I thought was right, but at the end of the day they took care of the price and the situation. Overall this company is probably too expensive for their quality of services, but they were very kind and worked hard to fix this situation."

"Our water heater started leaking on a Sunday. I waited til Monday morning to start calling plumbers. I wanted a hot water heater with heat pump that would be eligible for a $750 rebate thru Energize CT. Fred was not familiar with the program, but made a few calls to gather info, called me to discuss and then ordered the unit which was delivered later that day. Unit was installed next morning. Fred was great to deal with, communicated with me throughout the process & did a fantastic job. I even asked for a quote to install a sink in my basement. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of plumbing services."
