Second he assessed needs n estimated costs. Third. Sent text with estimate details..leaving us to make our own decision. Fourth. Completed work on the day he scheduled. Very clean, efficient. He changed out commodes/ fixed commode parts/ fixed be bathtub stop/ new kitchen faucet/installed a dishwasher. He is extremely reasonably priced n accommodating. I'm choosing NOT to send pic of our commodes( I'm not sure it's appropriate) But everything was done methodically...respecting our opinion n our home. He will be out GO TO plumber!"
