"We have been using Golden Aire for maintenance and repairs for the past 8 years. They are professional, knowledgeable and courteous, as well as fair in their pricing. Case in point, we had Daniel come out to do our summer A/C maintenance. Daniel discovered that coils were bad and leaking coolant. We received our quote for the parts and repair. The cost was estimated at $3k (ouch!) Parts were ordered and Daniel came out within a weeks' time. I can't state highly enough how impressed we were with Daniel's knowledge, professionalism and most importantly care. Daniel was able to save us $1,300 as he discovered that after fixing the Nitrogen leak and replacing the refrigerant there was no need to replace the coils. I know other less scrupulous companies would have milked us for a higher invoice price especially since the coils were ordered. Thank you, Daniel, and Golden Aire for your honesty and professionalism."

"I understood a $49 charge would be for the initial call and any services needed would be a CO$T minus the $49... if agreed to have worked done. I did not know? and the service person explained, that the company had a FLAT RATE? for any clogged plumbing?? I DIDN'T really have a choice... the service person was already onsite, the situation needed to be resolved... I proceeded to have the work done. This repair, minus the $49, still CO$T me $236.02.. BIG ONES. I am still angry and confused.. I know my outcome would be different if I KNEW about the FLAT RATE.... be aware !!!"

"Service plumber arrived on site, on time and was ready to begin. He was friendly and professional. He was fully aware of the problem and what needed to be done. He acquired the necessary parts and changed them accordingly as proficient as possible. Our bathroom sink drain issue was completely resolved and ready. Thank you Eric for a great job!"

"Our Service Tech, Alex Peck, arrived on time to perform the annual check up & tune-up of our HVAC System. He was very professional and following the Tune-Up asked if there was any other items that needed done or looked into that he could take care of. His services were very much appreciated and very professional. Lee"

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"I called this morning, and they showed up at my house within two hours. It was a simple fix. The overall price was more than I expected, but I wouldn't complain since they came out so fast. I can't say if it was higher or lower than anyone else, because no one else would come today. Overall it was fair, quick (15 minutes of work) , professional, and the response was exceptional. I would recommend them to anyone who needed a plumber."

"Phil was so helpful and recommended the most cost effective solution. We had had 3 other companies come out to look at the unit and recommend expensive solutions. Phil found a way to repair at less than 20% of the other quotes. He went out of his way to find the necessary parts and we could not be happier with the results. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs heating or air conditioning assistance."

"Awesome job and great service."

"Took longer than specified and there was an accident with the gas line, however, the tech took respiring the spot and fixed everything and made it “right”. When he left I felt he had done a good job and I was very satisfied with furnace."

"Excellent! Dawn was so helpful and scheduled my visit for the very next day! The tech diagnosed the problem and fixed it. What an awesome company! When I remodel and put in enteral air and heat this will be the company I use. So very happy with Comfort Solutions!"
