"Terrific experience. Scheduling was easy. My technician, Guy, gave me a call ahead of time, hit the time he said he'd be here and was courteous and efficient. I ran a large mechanical contracting business for years so understand this business. Guy ran through his checks on what is a fairly complex home system. He pointed out problems that were minor, major, or had the potential to be major. We discussed options and timing. Since our system is old, it will be difficult to repair some of the parts and pieces while others would be fairly standard. We may want to look at a new system this summer to avoid a major problem during a future heating season. I will definitely be talking to Sila."

"My Central AC unit went out; the box outside smelled like something had fried. I called NETR, and they said they would send a technican over in a week. The technician came on time and promptly inspected the unit. He reported that the capacitor had blown, and told me that he had a spare back in his van. The labor was covered by the diagnostic site visit fee, it was just the parts cost. I told him to proceed and he replaced it. My AC was back up and running within the hour."

Darren and Atlantic Heating & A/C also accommodated our request to bring the system on line before the upcoming cold weather. They successfully completed the work by mid October. J. walked me through all the possible rebates I could qualify for, and I ended up spending about 80% of what other contractors bid for my job. Definitely would do business with him again. Only reason for 4.5 stars on customer service was that there doesn't seem to be an office assistant to answer phone inquiries, so often the only way to communicate is via voicemails left on Jonathan's phone."
