"I had Joe come out for some minor although the very annoying issue with my shower faucet, drain and pipe. I was not exactly sure which specific part was causing problems so I had him do an entire check up on the shower as well as its internal piping. Thankfully my issue was not severe and only required minor repairs and replacements. I really like that Joe informed me of the issues and explained to me how the whole process works so I am now much more informed. I could not be happier with joes service and I would highly recommend his service to any and all clients"

"good fixing the problem. I just had to put holding screws back on appliance that was removed to get at the pipes"

"George from Pipe Pros did what they said they were going to do, when they said they would do it by, and for the fair price they quoted. What more could you ask for?"

"Extremely happy with Sila technicians that came to install the gas piping for our outdoor grill. They were professional, explained everything in detail and I am very satisfied with the overall experience I had with Sila. Highly recommend their services and will definitely be using them again for future work."

"responded very quickly. Told me that this was a "very expensive" piece of equipment right up front. They replaced the motor and after they left, the unit stopped working again and I also smelled gas. I called them back and the serviceman responded very quickly. "Fixed" the issue and said "yeah, there was a small leak where the connection wasn't tightened enough". (!) Now working fine."

"The plumber surmised that the clog was at the T junction with the vertical pipe in the wall and was unsuccessful at getting his snake to go downward after entering from the bottom of the trap. He failed also with an air hose. As he left, he offered to replace the T junction with a Y junction for $285. I subsequently called out another Angie's List plumber, so attacked the problem successfully by removing the trap and snaking downward about 15 ft to the clog. He replace the trap with one that is removal, allowing a snake easier access. This cost $300. I'm still unsure whether replacing the T junction with a Y junction would have solved the problem."

"Sorry, looks like this review got stuck in draft mode for quite a while. But the good thing about that is everyone gets to read a review with an update 1.5 years later on the quality of the work completed! In late 2020 I had recently moved into my new home and the gas water heater wasn't working properly. It was leaky and at least needed the pressure relief valve replaced, but the tank was well past it's expected lifetime. The techs were very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. The valve replacement wasn't going to work because repairing the tank could damage it further, so the tank was replaced instead. The price was very reasonable and installation was done really well. They did a great job with cleanup too! One and a half years later and the tank has had zero issues! I would definitely recommend them for heavy jobs like this or more simple ones around the house. Thank you very much!"

"Installation was good, but they left my backyard a mess of brick bits and red dust after drilling through the outside wall. Piping on the outside looks sloppy, and it has been almost impossible to follow up with them to address my concerns."
