"Cuddy Brothers called and originally scheduled to come out on 9/13.  The morning of 9/13, an hour before they were scheduled to come, Chris Cuddy's wife called to say he had an emergency and wouldn't be able come out, but immediately rescheduled for 9/14. I appreciated the call rather than wonder why they hadn't shown up.
On 9/14, Mike from Cuddy Brothers arrived about fifteen minutes early.  We talked about what needed to be done and what the extra charges would be above the $89 Angie's coupon.  Mike was very clear and we agreed on the vanity faucet replacement (since the coupon covered it) and toilet feeder water hose replacement (an extra $50 for labor/parts).  Seemed very reasonable given what we've seen/paid for plumbing services in the past.
Mike completed the work quickly and then we discussed the kitchen garbage disposal.  Originally we had thought it would to be removed or replaced, but Mike loosened the disposal "blades" and reset the switch and it came back to life.  He also tightened the goose neck faucet which is VERY hard to reach as the nut is way up behind the disposal.  Then the surprising part - about 5-10 minutes, but no additional charge!
Mike met all our expectations for professionalism, friendliness, and exceeded them on "doing the right thing".  We would absolutely use Cuddy Brothers again, and probably will when the almost 20-year-old garbage disposal finally dies.
