"My A/C didn't work very well for a couple of years and I really had to nurse it through the hottest days. I got 2 different companies to look at it and both said it needed to be replaced. I have had great experiences with Angel Air in the past and their quote was the lowest of 3 or 4, so I went with them. "We had a service for our air conditioner. We had a concern that some loud noise (like a sound of a relay switching on and off). The service technician did not made an effort to solve the problem. We complained to the Control Manager John Tinger who was very attentive and collaborative and he send to our house 4 days later a field supervisor Kurt Howard. Kurt was very professional, friendly. He checked for all possible cause for the noise and did not found electrical problems. We accepted this result, which eliminated our worries.
