"Al's Plumbing is the best. They called me right away when I requested a quote from several plumbers. Al the owner called me. I explained I had a Water Heater under warranty that was placed by Parker & Sons 4 years ago. They wanted to charge me almost the same price as I paid for it 4 years ago just to replace it. They said that is for the labor but it was under warranty. Al was super professional and very helpful. Al replaced it in a couple of hours and we had hot water! "Plumber Scottin McCabe of George Brazil Home Services performed the repairs as listed above. He did a full inspection of the plumbing in my old house and made several recommendations. He took the time to carefully explain everything he was doing and why. When he finished replacing my hot water heater drainage port he showed me the old part, corroded and full of sediment.Most remarkably, he spotted the problem of excessively high water pressure...something no plumber in twenty years had brought to my attention. Before he installed the valve he showed me the reading on the gauge he used to measure the pressure.He even took time to caulk a bathtub to prevent water damage. Everything he did was done with the highest level of professionalism. Mr. McCabe worked neatly and quickly, obviously knowledgeable about plumbing. I would not hesitate to recommend  him, and, indeed, plan to call on him in the future."

"They came to perform a water heater flush. They opened a valve to do the flush. When they opened it, it broke and was leaking, I had to pay an additional $99.00 to replace the valve because it was leaking. I would have appreciated some kind warning that it is possible for it to break before hand that way it would be my choice to continue. They also disconnected my water purifier which goes to my refrigerator and didn't reconnect it so now my refrigerator wont make ice. That is an additional expense I will have to pay out of pocket. He was the not the water purifier person so he may not have known, but he should have made that clear."
