Steven, Johnny and Chris were very personable and professional. They were extremely disappointed when they were unable to hit the estimate due to the concrete being difficult to jack hammer, but they came back and worked hard and got it finished. They were as clean as one can be when dealing with concrete and drywall. Very considerate about our property as a whole and walked me through their progress every day. Would recommend."

We contacted Delello & Sons, and spoke with the secretary. Within an hour we received a call, and scheduled an appointment with the estimator. Jim was accommodating to our schedule, and was punctual. Later that day we received our quote. We made a few adjustments, and signed it the next day. The contract suggested a lead time of 3-4 weeks, but they completed it within 2 weeks. Jim communicated the schedule, and the crews showed up like clock work. The employees were professional, took pride in their work, and knew exactly what they were doing. They had no problem working around the busy street we live on. We have a residential driveway, but went with 2" of binder under 1-1/2" finish surface. The quality of work was exceptional. "First I would like to say that everyone I dealt with at ICSR was great! From Erika who made the appointments to Jeremiah who did the inspection, to Terry and his crew. "We called Jaco in because we found water seeping into a small closest area and a bedroom in our finished basement.  We removed some drywall and found a large 8 foot crack (ceiling to floor).  This crack looked to have been filled with caulking.  Jaco came in and did their crack injection.  They were very good and quick.  We haven't seen water come in since and it has rained serveral times (heavy rain).  John with Jaco was great as well, made us feel comfortable and was always ontime and returned our calls when needed. <br /> Thanks Jaco, hopefully we won't need your services again, but if we do, we'll make sure to call you. <br />"

His estimate was in line to 1 other estimate we had gotten so we decided to go with Hofmann. Mr. Hofmann stated the next time he had another job on the southside we would be on the list. On November 7th Mr Hofmann & his crew arrived & in less than 2 hours had the old cement removed & the new concrete poured and everything cleaned up. The pad looks wonderful & we are VERY pleased w/the work & Mr. Hofmann."
