I called their emergency number at about 9:30 AM and was quickly connected with Jeff. He helped me figure out how to protect my home, educated me about the implications of recent legislation regarding water heaters, and scheduled an appointment for replacement for late yesterday evening. A brief while later, one of his teams were redirected to our home because their assigned job went more quickly than expected. The men had a new, environmentally safer water heater installed before 4:00 PM and for less than I had expected to pay. It is nice to have a company filled with people who know what they're doing, and behave in a professional, responsible manner, on your side, especially in an urgent situation."

"Before I called Valley Plumbing I called around to 5-6 other local shops and they were the only company able to come out the same day and also about $200 cheaper than anyone else I talked to. Eddie showed up on time to evaluate my water heater and offer me options including fixing it so it would work for a bit longer or just replacing the unit and the pros and cons of each and the price. Since I knew the unit was old I opted to just replace it so I did not have to worry about it later. Eddie was very professional and explained the entire process to me including exactly what I was paying for and the work performed needed to be completed and cleaned up very well after himself when the job was complete. Also their website had a $50 off coupon that I was not able to download and he was able to apply it to the work he did to save me a bit more money. Overall I was happy to be able to take a warm shower the same day I realized my water heater was not working and that alone was worth what I ended up paying for the replacement.

"Furnace went out and the following day I called Same Day and they were out that afternoon to inspect furnace and to assist in purchasing a new one. Brandon, the HVAC technician, actually crawled up in our furnace (it's an old one from the 60's) to verify what the issues were. He was covered in dust; still positive and professional. We scheduled the furnace install for the next available day, which was a Monday; however, received a call later the same evening saying they could install the next morning!! They even offered space heaters to keep us warm.
The install went smoothly. They took everything out, cleaned up after themselves, leaving no mess.
