"Clive arrived right on time to give me a quote for the replacement of my nearly 17 year old hot water heater. After looking at it he gave me a very competitive price. Then he asked me why I wanted to replace it. I explained that it was the original water heater and I was concerned it might go out soon. I showed hit a couple of small rust spots. He told me he has seen water heaters last for longer than this and that if it were him he would just keep an eye on it and when I see it start to leak a little call he back and then replace it. He also recommended a different brand saying the one I had has had some problems in the last few years. It is unusual to find someone who is willing to turn down a sure buck when the customer doesn't need to spend it. I WILL call Pinnacle Plumbing when I need to replace my water heater. <br />"
