"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"When I was looking for a new high efficiency furnace, I received several quotes and Sure Temp was almost $800 cheaper than any other Carrier dealer. They were on time and did a neat and effective job of installing the furnace. They made sure that everything was clean and all of the paperwork was simple. I was very happy I bought the furnace and used them. Since that time I had 4 service calls. One was related to a minor issue related to installation that appeared during the winter and was quickly dealt with and three calls were related to an issue outside of their control that was tricky to resolve. "The estimator was very knowledgeable and explained his products and services very well.  He provided a detailed plan and estimate.
The installation was done all in one day - including removal of the old counter top and the installation of the new counter top - and it was done on the pre-scheduled day.  Sears was excellent at accommodating our scheduling restrictions.  The new counter top looks nice and we are very happy with the result.
There were a few glitches - the garbage disposal leaked and needed service, and it was tough to get an updated estimate when we made a mid-stream change - but we were still very happy with the result.
Note that the Sears office that we dealt with is in Sharon Hill PA, not in Windsor Mill MA as listed by Angie's List, and the corporate headquarters is in Longwood FL.

"I am not happy with the price. Its kind of hard. The quality is based on the people that come out. With the providers. I am not always happy with the provider's that come out. They are the one's who we got the house, it was already apart of it. I basically contact them over the phone to request the service. Usually its automated. I have to talk to them over the phone if I am having an problem. If the service is not done correctly, or I was unhappy. If I am unhappy with the vendor, I am contacting American Home Shield."

"Scott is FANTASTIC and our NEW go-to plumber!! He's VERY prompt. When he says 8:30 am he MEANS 8:30 am. When I called for an estimate, he was upfront about not being able to do the job that day but would stop in to give me the estimate. I was afraid he would charge a "service call fee" like another plumber we had call and he told me that was ridiculous and sure enough he stopped in the following day and gave me a FREE estimate. We scheduled to have the job done, as there was a few things needed to be done, and he did them with NO PROBLEMS other than to have to run out to get parts for an old faucet but that wasn't his fault as that was a "hidden problem". For the NEXT plumbing job, Scott will be THE VERY FIRST PERSON we call!!!"
