"Ken called before he came and got here on time. He was alone as he said his helper was not to be there today. He worked hard. Explained everything about my AC unit inside, air ducts and advised of things I could make it better and also what things my regular service checks should look for. He opened and cleaned the entire ac unit of ducts, sucked out, did each register, cleaned those outside and sucked and cleaned out with a roto brush while sucking. Put all back together. Little mess. I just swept floors and vacuumed a bit. His units to decrease mold installed are so much cheaper than any others! This guy is great and busy. They installed a high end Daikin 5 Ton heat pump system and they modified ductwork from 2 to 3 zones. It took 2 days to complete due to extensive duct work modification.

The modified duct work with the Inverter system allows us to cool down our master bedroom at night and leave the rest of the house shut down. With the 5 ton inverter system the AC runs like a at 25% or less, like a 1 ton system, when one zone is calling.

They installed 3 wifi communicating thermostats and a new Zone board. It was a complex installation and one of the first 5 Ton Heat Pump inverter systems. Elite had manufacture reps come out to assist to fine tune the zones.

Wifi thermostats allow me to control each zone and monitor temperatures and humidity remotely via smartphone or Internet from anywhere. During the day when we use the pool we shut the master bedroom door to the rest of the house, turn off that zone and open the sliding glass door to the pool. The rest of the house remains cool airconditioned and the bedroom is at outdoor temperature so we don't freeze when entering wet from the pool.

Installers, Miguel and Danny worked efficiently, let me know all steps. Once the unit was physically installed Lee came out to program the system. I can't say too many good things about Lee. I am a retired Field Technical Services Manager and I would have loved to have someone like Lee on my team. Exceptional communication, great technical skills and all aroumd great guy.

Mike, who is a part owner, stopped out a few times to make sure everything was going well. Another great communicator.
