"I needed only scope and locate my 4" sewer pipe from an exterior cleanout to the house. Rescue Rooter gave me a discount for the work. John the plumber came out. He has 26 years of experience and was very knowledgeable and skilled at using the camera. I've been doing remodeling for 30 years including plumbing installation (drain pipes, copper water pipe repair and installation). In addition to using the electronic locator, he also went old school in using witching sticks to confirm the location of the pipes."

"needed to replace not only the water main but also a total replumbing of the entire home. Every employee was not only very professional but went out of their way to answer any and all questions I had regarding the work they were performing. It was a pleasure to witness such strong work ethics and pride of workmanship!"

"We were in dire need of a water heater blowout, and Home Advisor was quick to find us the help we needed, in Puget Sound Plumbing and Heating, INC! The crew were prepared with a replacement unit, had it installed and contacted a Water Mitigation Contractor, who also arrived and have provided us with a quote for insurance claim. Not an emergency by any means, but these fellows responded like it was! Super impressed!"

"I needed a replacement of old water heater. Got very professional help choosing my new heater from multiple different options. Job was done quickly, clean and on very professional manner. Very excited now I never run out of hot water, Michael also installed hot water return system now I have hot water in very remote bathroom in the matter of seconds. I would highly recommend to hire this professional and knowledgeable plumber."

"When I asked for service because of a water leak, they gave me a next-day appointment, on Friday. Next day they called and said they couldn't come, but would come between 1 and 7 PM on Tuesday. Waited all afternoon on Tuesday and nothing, not even a call. Wednesday I called to report the failure and was told management would be notified. Thursday afternoon I called and was given an appointment between 1 and 7 PM the next day, Friday. On Friday an expert plumber showed up an hour early and did a marvelous job. Seemed to cost an arm and a leg, but complete and professional, along with good explanations of everything."

"Jason and Harry arrived early to the house (I was late!). They came in, listened to the problem, and got right to work. They were efficient and worked great as a team, completing the repair in just about an hour. No more leaks! They cleaned up everything and were very friendly, answering any questions I had. Would definitely use them again.

"Great company, called about a backed up toilet. They were able to come out first thing the following morning. Jordan and Jeremy showed up in the freezing cold and cleared the clog on the drain line very quickly. They also took extra time to scope and jet the line and found a busted pipe and extensive roots in the lines as well. They got everything cleaned out very quickly and left me with a product to help keep the roots away till we can get the pipe fixed and possibly get a liner installed in the future. I would recommend Zoom drain as they were fast, professional and reasonably priced. Thank you for great service."
