I raised substantive concerns about the appraisal, but was told it was complete and correct and my concerns were rejected. When I stated that I wanted the service I had paid for, communication stopped. I later received a full refund after further dispute regarding the quality and completeness of the appraisal. Based on my experience with the scheduling, communication, and handling of concerns, I would not use this provider again."
