Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "It was great !!
I was camping alone with my dog and horse and the temperature was well over 90 degrees. In the middle of the afternoon, out of no where, I smelled something burning and then my air conditioning stoppped working and made a terrible noise.  I was frantic !  After spending over an hour on the phone trying to locate someone that works on motor homes and campers and that would come to my camp, I finally reached Bowen's.  Mike Bowen promptly came to check my situation.  He quickly diagnosed my problem and got my air conditioner up and running well again.  Although the unit was working well, because the motor home is 13 years old, I asked him if he could replace my unit.  Mike ordered me the new unit and replaced it the next time I went to my camp.  I asked him to check other concerns I had with my motor home and found him to be very knowledgable with motor homes and campers.
Mike is very trustworthy, knowledgable, professional  and reliable.  I highly recommended him to eveyone in my campground.  I was so very fortunate to find him and will use him for all my repairs.

Then by 8AM the next day, we had a call from the service technician saying he was on his way to address the issue!
