He could have tried to push me in the direction of the new equipment but he let me make up my own mind and then, was able to replace it for me ASAP. "AC unit was purchased for a new property and we were told by the tech who came out for the service call that they had been there before to repair the old unit. He also said the previous owner had requested and received a quote for the recommended replacement of the SAC unit, but did not go ahead and order the unit. We requested records of this sequence of events and were told they did not have them, did not keep them. I find it difficult to believe that prior service records were not kept. We were trying to secure information to see if we had any recourse to go to the previous owner and suggest or prove that the poor condition of the AC unit was not disclosed at the time the Purchase and Sale was executed. We were not assisted at all by One Hour management in our attempt to go forward with a complaint. Perhaps we should have been less trusting when told that the repair and quote records would be shared with us. We were happy with the technicians, the supervisor on the job site and the quality of the work. We were and are not happy with the failure of One Hour to assist us with our complaint against the seller of the property. Don't say one thing to a customer and not follow through,. That is not good "customer service""
