"We have the ASAP plan, so we get annual furnace, ac, electrical, and plumbing inspections with our plan. Today we had the plumbing inspection. The man who came out was named Caesar. He was very nice (our dog approved of him!) and professional. He showed us with pictures that he had taken some potential problem areas and told us that our hot water heater is over the typical life of a water heater. He told us what could be done and gave us some estimates of both repair work and a new hot water heater. He did not try to sell us anything-said that if we decided to do any of this work in the next 30 days, to call and schedule it and there would be no additional service call charge. We would also get a discount because of the ASAP plan. I do not think that Anthony’s is the cheapest service, but I can say that after having had all kinds of work (furnace, ac, electrical, and plumbing) done by them over the years, they are EXCELLENT and they really go the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy."

Upon describing my issue to a lovely, helpful woman named Alice, she offered to contact her technician to make sure it was an issue he could service. She called me back minutes later (after hours) and after making more enquiries with the tech online, they helped me to fix the problem myself, thus bypassing a service charge. This nice lady spent at least 30 minutes on the phone with me with no agenda other than to be helpful.
