He then tells me I owe a $271 diagnostic fee. No diagnostic fee was ever mentioned by the Ben Franklin rep. I paid it to get rid of the guy, but as far as I'm concerned, they robbed me. I then researched the company and found out they're a private Equity company that bought up a bunch of local plumbing businesses. These guys are thieves. "
