"I had an exhaust fan replaced. Gerardo and hos coworker arrived exactly when they said they would. They were very knowledgeable and explained to me everything that needed doing. The project ended up costing more than the estimate, but that was because there was an unforseen issue. He charged me ONLY for the parts and not a penny for extra labor time, even though the issue cost them a few extra hours!!! I would definitely recommend Gerardo and team to anyone, and would absolutely hire them again. They left my bathroom cleaner than it was before they arrived. "

"Chris was immediately responsive on a 99 degree Sunday afternoon. He was clearly very busy that day, but was able to squeeze us in too knowing the urgency of the situation. He was communicative, professional, and prompt. All of the things you need in home repairs in the middle of the summer :) We will definitely be calling him again, and will utilize CJC for all future services without a doubt. "George A. and Nathan arrived as scheduled. They replaced the faucet, garbage disposal and cleared the clogged pipe. Throughout the time they were here, they were respectful and courteous. Whenever, I had a question, George was very responsive. After, the work was completed, I was able to test the faucet and garbage disposal. They also cleaned up after the work was completed. I would strongly recommend them for future jobs."
