"Worked with Greenwood Heating and Air on a furnace replacement and only have excellent things to say about the company and team. Customer service, pricing, timeliness, thoroughness, and friendliness were top notch. Contacted them initially for an inspection of our 28-year old furnace. The technician Frej was prompt, thorough, and courteous, explaining in detail the issues we might face with this still working but old units. Based on the findings we reached out for a quote on a system replacement. Lori took diligent care in listening to our concerns and hopes for a new system, recommending systems that might work for our household. Our house is now toasty warm again with a great new furnace and all the bells and whistles. "I understand that the age of the fireplace can be a factor in repairs, but I was not told up front how much the replacement part was going to cost. I was shocked to see the bill upon completion of the work. It was $557.00. I would have preferred to be told this before completion of the work."

"I wanted to pass on my experience with Evergreen who went the extra mile after my Mitsubishi slim AC started leaking water before the hot summer months. I had called a Kirkland company who came out diagnosed the issue and charged me an exorbitant amount. However after I informed them it was registered and parts were under warranty they dropped me like a hot potato and never called back. On the other hand Victoria at Evergreen called me regularly to update on the warranty and parts and scheduled a full day repair with Jesse, an excellent technician. He used appropriate PPE, educated me about the problem, even provided less expensive options, and finally completed the long arduous process of replacing parts and recharging the refrigerant all for a reasonable amount. "I purchased a new Navien NPE-240A2 Tankless Water Heater and had it installed. I'm loving the new water heater. It replaces an old Noritz tankless that died just before this installation. The on-site estimate was what sold me. Ken went through all the details and answered a lot of questions from me. Zachary came out with Austin and performed the installation just like I discussed with Ken. Zachary kept me in the loop throughout the installation to ensure I was in agreement with how it was going. Zachary always had my interest at heart and ensured no corners were cut. The installation is much cleaner, and more correct than the previous tankless company did. Zachary even listened to my concern about the astectics of the exterior exhaust and quickly found an easier and cleaner looking way to address my concern. He also removed an old recirculation pump and replaced a new main house shutoff valve. The entire area was treated respectfully and left cleaner than they found it."

"Oh my goodness. First, they arrived with the wrong units. The installers had no idea. Further, the installers did not know how to install or operate the units (they were, granted, brand new residential units) which resulted in unintended damage to my ceiling which had to be repaired separately. Rather than taking 1-1/2 days for total installation, it took almost six full days over the course of three months - outdoor unit and wall unit alone took two days; after waiting several weeks for the correct indoor ceiling units they took another two days to install; waited a couple of weeks for the wifi parts which took another day; then part of another day to replace the unit that didn't work properly. The BF office, "controller" and installers did not communicate with each other or if they did they miscommunicated which resulted in more of my time and unnecessary frustration. I am happy with my Mitsubishi units now but I thank Mitsubishi, not Blue Flame."

"I had contacted Daniel a few months back about insulating a house I was working on. He came out and gave me a very reasonable estimate. I ran into some complications which drug the project out and changed it a bit. 
I called him back in when we were finally done and ready for insulation.
The night before the install I had realized that what we had changed would affect the size of the insulation he could use.
No problem, he came out the next day and took a look, changed what he ordered and was there the following day for the install.
He and one other showed up at the scheduled time and got to work. They're very fast and efficient. Had the the entire house done by 4PM. 
I'll certainly be calling them back when I get around to finishing under the house.

"G&S Heating is the best of the best! They just replaced our 1995 Lennox furnace that they installed with a 2020 Lennox furnace. The crew was phenomenal in craftsmanship and attitude. Our furnace is in the tight crawl space under our home which is a pain in the @#*! They really worked well together and it was so cool to learn that one of the guy's father had installed our furnace back in 1995 and he is still with G&S!
