"Was scheduled for a day between 1 and 4 and I had to call to find out where they were. Rescheduled to the next day so it was not taking up my evening or the worker evening. Showed up the next day at 9:30 took about 1.5 hours to change out the water heater. Work done was adequate but could be neater in my opinion. Obviously the more of these you do in a day the more money the company makes but the techs should be given adequate time to do an A1 job if that is your name. There is a difference between an installer and a craftsman."

"Over the time there have been 3 different technicians that have come out and they have all be extremely nice, friendly and professional. They also seemed to know what they were doing and the last technician has been coming for a good 3 or 4 years. I think they are very responsive. He made several trips (always punctual) out to the country to pickup and return furniture, and also to deliver fabric books and samples for our clear vinyl slipcovers. We had minor glitches as he was unexpectedly called out of the country for a family emergency, but in his absence, I was contacted to let me know the reason for the delay. Then, Covid-19 hit and he was in protective covering when he delivered our last piece of furniture. At all times, he was professional, courteous, and treated our furniture and home as if it was his own. So far as pricing and how long he quoted for all the work-----believe it or not, he was just about half of what the other upholstery shop quoted me, and also the work was completed faster than the other shop. He is truly a talented craftsman that takes pride in his work."

"We had Ferguson Home Improvements return to our home to paint our sons bedroom and install a ceiling fan.  The room was a 12 x 12 room and our son had been in there as a baby.  So you could imagine the holes from posters, pictures, and just wear and tear. I had already purchased the supplies with the intention of doing this job my self but just could not find the time so we asked them to give us and estimate.  Mr. Ferguson came in and told us sense we had all the materials he would do the room for $2 a square foot and hang our ceiling fan for $125.00.  So for $420.00 they went through made all the walls perfect fixed all the nail pops and holes from the posters and pictures and repainted all the walls.  I thought it was a great deal.  The room came out just awesome we will have them back to do more at our house.  Again thank you so much Ferguson Home Improvements.

"Service guy came as scheduled. Sent his "service" requirements to home base Home base calls back and lists, a very long list of what needs to be done and a very long list of what is not covered and what each item costs. The overall cost was outrageous and they weren't willing to give it to me in writing. Everything I had to pay for was overpriced, of course! They told me my other option would be to purchase my own water heater and they would reimburse me for what there water heater would cost, but no reimbursement for Labor, building permit, or any upgrades required by the local building department. The requirements of the building department were minimal. I went to Home Depot and had them do the installation and saved many hundreds of dollars. Lesson learned, have AHS do simpler repairs that don't require municipal building department approval. Have AHS pay for the equipment, and purchase installation from a trusted local installer."
