"The owner of the company, Alonzo, arrived exactly at appointment time. Work began immediately and explained to me the process and procedure for cleaning the outside coil and inside evaporator unit. The a/c system was low on refrigerant, so he recharged the unit. Everything went well and even returned to check on the evaporator pan due to a leak. That was taken care of without any problem or extra $. Top notch service!"

"So MANY businesses never call back and never communicate with their customers which is a huge turn off. I called Sunday evening and left a message. Monday morning Val called me and assured me she would find someone in my area and send them over. She called me back to let me know someone was on the way in 15-20 min and then again to let me know they were there. The technicians were so knowledgeable and fixed the problem in about 20 min. The customer service was out of this world and something you don't see too often anymore. I would definitely recommend this business and, in fact, already have. Rhe other 2 companies I called? Still haven't heard back from them! Thank you so much!"

"Serviced furnace and cleaned HVAC for the winter. Excellent service, Fast, clean work and let me know that part of the work could not be completed because of the weather but they will return to finish when the temp is right. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Called Bruce and he responded within 24 hours to what we thought would require a new air conditioner.  He informed us that the unit was fine, just needed better maintenance.  He had the parts purchased and the unit repaired in a short amount of time and on time.  I should clarify that this is a very small job that I asked Bruce to perform.  He changed my old evaporative cooler to refrigerated air in my previous home for a great price and on time.  He also performs work for our restaurant and does an excellent job.  Bruce is responsive, fair and always gives me a straight story and fair price.  I could not be happier and would definitely recommend his services.  I should have reviewed his services earlier as I have used him since 2011 and he now services all my families' homes.
