"Technician checked ducts for leaks and water condensation tray and compressor and coolant levels and more. All was good except he found a relay that was all corroded and suggested replacement, which I did. I feel that I'm in good hands and they know what they are doing and I will use them again."

"Just had the initial diagnostic visit. I was given terrible news (I'll probably end up getting a new furnace $$$), but the technician Ricky was wonderful. He was extremely polite, professional, and friendly. He did a very thorough inspection and then gave me a very thorough explanation of the problems. This included photos he took on the spot of some internal parts (oil leakage, heavy dust & dirt, stress markings).... at no point did I feel like I couldn't trust what he was telling or showing me. He answered every question I had. He went into the "attic" of my Eichler to check the ductwork (via a 14" hole in the closet ceiling, into space so shallow and tight I have no idea how the ductwork was ever even installed), and came out with photos to show me. The company was easy to work with when I had to change appointments, sent me email and text confirmations of everything, and gave me a day-before reminder of the appointment. I had an 8a- 11a window and received a text at 7:50a letting me know the technician was on his way, with a photo of him included. Perfect, perfect, perfect. The visit was $89 but reduced to $39 because I signed up for the MVP membership: $107 for a year which gets me all kinds of free services plus discounts on everything else. It even includes services on my water heater which they did not install! Additionally, they have some really good guarantees, MVP or not. Before leaving he called the office, explained all he'd found, and handed me the phone to set up an appointment with a "comfort specialist". Ariel (on the phone) was also extremely polite, professional, and friendly. These people are trained right! Or they're hiring very well. So, I will be meeting with someone to discuss repairs vs. replacement options. No repair work has been done yet (although Ricky did do a temporary fix that is allowing me to get some heat), so I can't fully review the company. But thus far I'm 100% pleased. This is probably the best experience I've ever had with any kind of repair technician. I've never used them before and have also never written a review before. The experience was just that good. I'll write another when I've finished with them just to give a full review, but so far perfect!"

"I called the number and Diego's wife/receptionist was very helpful and told me she would contact Diego to see how soon he could come check my unit. She followed up with me a few times that day and told me he would be out early Saturday morning. Sure enough abt 9:30am Saturday he showed up and was very friendly and professional. He was quickly able to determine the problem (blown compressor) and within about 30mins had it replaced and my unit was fixed. He was a life saver, because for the next 6 days we hit 100+ temperatures including one day of 108. I called James at 8:20 am Saturday morning. He said he had two others ahead of me but would be at my house at 1:00 pm. He called at 12:50 to tell me he would be here in 5 minutes. He arrived at 12:55. What a pleasure to have someone show up on time, For the next 3+ hours, James worked on all three of my computers. The first computer had 6 viruses which were downloaded when we tried to download an internet game. James removed the viruses, showed me how to prevent this from happening in the future, and then correctly installed the internet game. IN addition, he updated all programs, removed unnecessary programs, and installed

new programs to improve the quality. Jim then did the same work on my other two computers, one of which was found to have 232 viruses.
I am not computer literate; therefore, I cannot recall the details of additional work James did on all 3 computers. All I know is the computers are running smoothly and quickly. The cost was very reasonable.
I will use James in the future, and highly recommend him to others.

"Finally an honest Solar company!! I went through several companies trying to get quotes for one of my properties, either they were ridiculously expensive or they didn't return my calls. A friend of mine referred me to Mega Sun and I have to say I am very pleased. Within a couple days from the initial phone call I already had an estimate and once i decided to go with them the installation was completed in one week. Its been a little over a month since they completed the install and everything is working smoothly.
