"Exceptional Service Beyond Expectations! I cannot recommend Advanced Restoration Solutions highly enough for their outstanding water damage restoration service. From the moment I contacted them, they made a stressful situation so much easier to handle. When our basement flooded late one night, their team responded promptly to our call, arriving on site within an hour. They were professional, courteous, and empathetic, taking the time to explain their process clearly and answering all our questions. Their expertise was evident as they swiftly assessed the damage and got to work immediately, using high-tech equipment to extract the water and dry the area thoroughly. The crew meticulously cleaned and sanitized the affected areas, ensuring no trace of mold or mildew. What impressed me most was their attention to detail and commitment to restoring our basement to its pre-damage condition. They even liaised with our insurance company, making the claims process much easier. Their services were not only efficient but also fairly priced. The team at ARS turned a potential disaster into a manageable situation, providing peace of mind with their top-notch service. If you ever find yourself in need of water damage restoration services, look no further than Advanced Restoration Solutions!"

"I hired Best Air Quality and Restoration to clean my dryer vent. I was very pleased with their level of professionalism. All my questions were answered without hesitation. The price was fair and affordable. Dennis, the technician notified me of his expected arrival time. He was very nice and pleasant. Dennis explained what the job entailed and completed the job within an hour. There was no excess lint or debris in my home to clean. I would recommend Best Air Quality and Restoration to others to experience for themselves. I intend to use other Best Air Quality and Restoration services again in the near future."

"The work itself was done well. The service-people performed their duties punctually and professionally. Overall, a good experience."

"A crew showed up within the hour and immediately assessed and estimated, then went to work after I got the insurance OK.
It took several hours to tear out what was necessary, not only due to the extent, but because they were thorough and ensured that what they removed, both anticipated and unanticipated, was indeed necessary. I appreciated that. After they set the machinery to dry the infrastructure, I didn't have to clean up after them. Only had to hose the sidewalk from all the wet flakes of drywall that was removed. The crew did not slack off, nor were they surly. At a time when I'm trying not to stress out badly, their professionalism was welcomed.
A few days later when they removed the machinery at their estimated time, Jerry and Billie left only after they ensured the machines were no longer required.
My insurance sent another firm to perform the restoration, but had they sent the Burke ServPro for that I wouldn't have worried at all. [The new restoration company appears fine so far, too, but as it is ongoing, we'll see.]
Thanks, guys, for making a stressful event less stressful - that is almost as important as the quality work.

"Justine and his crew do excellent work and repaired all items as required."

"They did a great job. I'm very happy. The staff was very friendly and they kept me informed of everything they did. I was very upset when I notice water damage in my home. I didn't know what to do. I called my insurance agent and they told me to call a water damage company. After reviewing my options I decided to call 3 companies to get quotes. Water Damage America Inc's project manager explained me in detail what was going to be done in my house and give me a estimate. They weren't the cheapest but they were the most professional when coming and give me the estimate. I am glad that I choose Water Damage America Inc to do the job."

"We originally found AMS via Angie's List, and the owner came out very quickly to do a free inspection and talk to use about everything he was seeing -- high potential for mold within the walls of the shower, and other possible areas (on drywall of opposite side of walls, floor, etc.) He showed us all readings on the tools he was using, talked to us in detail about what he recommended -- namely, complete destruction of the tile-walled shower due to multiple instances of bad grout (old shower) and the resultant mold problem within the walls as well as on the floor of the shower. He also recommended some touch-up painting with anti-mold paints where water spotting occurred on our main level ceiling, rather than a more complex/expensive and in his view unnecessary ceiling patch. His crew was excellent, keeping things very clean and on schedule and luckily no major issues were found besides demolishing just the existing shower and raising up the old linoleum flooring followed by completely painting all exposed areas with Aftershock anti-mold primer paint to minimize problems in the future. He stayed at the estimate of about $3K for this work as agreed. (I eventually put in a new shower and floor myself.) For his second visit, he came out for another free inspection of some mold exposed in a main level bathroom ceiling when some plaster that had been wet down a few years ago when doing some cleaning broke away. This was a very small mold spot, and had a companion of some other mold shadowed behind wallpaper. AMS did another free inspection of this problem for me today, and advised that it was something I could definitely handle myself - ceiling and walls were bone-dry all around the area and it would be simple to just remove a patch of the wallpaper (which we plan to remove in this room anyway), scrub the mold with appropriate cleaner, re-plaster the small area of the ceiling that would need it, and then paint with Aftershock primer paint. He even gave me recommendations on places to get all my materials, including the brush I would need to match the existing ceiling texture. Even when I offered to pay for the inspection, he refused -- just asked me to write up a couple reviews, which I'm happy to do. I'm the type of person that likes to find high-quality businesses to form relationships with. As much as no one wants to use a mold remediation service, I would definitely call AMS again if I need to."
