For all inquiries, please call or text (703) 281-4185. Will not respond to emails or messages through the message center. We have been serving Northern Virginia since 1992. We have Virginia class B license for projects up to $120,000, but will do virtually any project or repair inside you home. We do have a $175 minimum house call fee that includes the first hour of work. After that it is $75 per hour fee for smaller projects. Larger projects are based on a lower hourly rate which is included in the over all project estimate. The cost is generally determined by the job but some areas such as exterior carpentry may be billed hourly due to the unpredictable nature of the work. We may find more work up close or underneath visibly damaged areas. All employees speak English well. We are also able to communicate in Spanish, Cechua or Italian (just in case). We are covered by general liability insurance, disability insurance, workers comp, and heath insurance. I treat my employees and my customers, in the same manner I wish to be treated myself. I message him 3 hours later asking if we were still doing the job. 2 hours after that he messaged back saying he had his helpers cancel and we need to reschedule. I ask when he's thinking we can get it done. 3 days later I haven't heard back. I open a new project on Angi, and re-select this same guy by mistake. He replies promptly, gets all the details, and then once he gets my email no further contact. It feels like there's something personal here, or maybe he quoted too low for the project, but in any case I literally cannot imagine a less professional way of handling this whole situation. My guess is that he showed up to the job to scope it out, then went to find a couple day laborers to actually do the work. Maybe he couldn't find any, maybe he realized that this job was too big. In either case, just say so. Jesus."

To install a swamp cooler on a roof, a local HVAC specialist will first find and cut a spot free of wiring and obstructions. They’ll then install metal bracing, legs, brackets, the ceiling duct register, ductwork, power, and thermostat wires. Once installed, they’ll seal all openings, attach duct connections, and install a thermostat. Before leaving, they’ll run cool water piping to the unit and inspect all the connections.
